Postage will be via 2nd class royal mail for free postage. This usually takes 3-5 working days. Faster postage options can be selected
Returns
Non personalised items can be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days, as long as the tags are still attached. buyers are respnsible for their own postage costs
Personalised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty
If an item is faulty, we will either replace the item or issue a refund. We will be responsible for the postage costs
